From spring, the sun is pointing its nose and the desire for freshness invades young and old. A cup, a sorbet, or a cone, all the aromas and the perfumes are blooming in the squares, the streets and the grocery stores.

Histoire et origine des glaces

A Chinese trader in the second century BC used to keep his drinks cool in salt water in hot weather. On a cool, snowy night, the shopkeeper noticed that his drinks had frozen, he hastened to add goat's milk and honey to it and thus obtained the first ice cream.
The Arab sorbet (Charbets) is also attributed. These fruity ice cubes were frozen in ice or snow. This several centuries before our era.
The Roman Empire, 300 years before Jesus Christ, in its festive outbursts and its search for objects of pleasure, made notable improvements to ice cream (combinations of fruit, honey, wine, etc.)
It is in Europe and particularly in Italy that things will rush, we discover the frozen desserts, thanks to Marco Polo who brought the recipe from China.
Since then, the imagination has engaged this thousand-year-old work on the path to perfection that is increasingly sought and acquired.
